In this role as an USAFCENT Senior Staff Administrator, you will:
Read, research and route correspondence to appropriate staff members, drafts letters and documents as directed by the staff. Be responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with Directors and Deputy Directors (Senior Officers) of the nine directorates and special offices. Develop and maintain working relationships with other executives, staffs, and critical partners/organizations to USAFCENT programs and projects. Help coordinate visits from high-ranking military and civilian officials in DoD, DA, and other Governmental agencies, as well as senior representatives of USAFCENT and other Component Head Quarters. Additional Duties:
Ensure accuracy, timeliness and proper format for all reports, surveys, and special requests. Ensure that all correspondence received in the CoS office are controlled and properly accounted for by maintaining a log or other proper file process. Schedule Secure VTC's and meeting spaces as required and prepare supporting material for presentations and conferences. Maintain CoS calendar ensure it is in sync with the Commander's and ACD's calendars. Assist with the prioritization and execution of follow-on actions for CoS and DCos Office mailboxes. Track and assist with updating AF (AFCENT) policy memos as directed by staff. Track CoS tasking through Task Management Tool (TMT) and monitor HHQ message traffic/orders and Commander RFIs. Coordinate with directors and Special Staff to assign, track and finalize all taskers. Monitor and maintain TMT taskers, update in-house tracker, and update CoS team Share Point and Shared drives as required. Commander's WAR follow-up:
assist with maintaining accountability of tasks assigned to the CoS team. Coordinate w/ CAG on suspenses Qualifications To be successful in this USAFCENT Senior Staff Administrator role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Five years' experience working military executive support Two years' experience with a tasker management system One year experience with Share Point One year experience with protocol regulations, procedures, and instructions that apply to military and civilian leaders. Desired:
Air Staff, MAJCOM, or NAF Staff experience
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
