Resource Advisor with Security Clearance
Teksouth is seeking a skilled Resource Advisor to support the AFCENT organization.
Must Have a Secret Clearance Responsibilitieso Perform the following reviews and follow-up actions:
o Tri-Annual Reviews, aged commitment/obligation follow-up, MORD reviewso Track funding document progress from submission through certificationo Assist with responding to USAFCENT calls for budget data to include Execution Plans, Spend Plans, Unfunded requestso Respond to short-notice USAFCENT requests for information related to current and prior year executiono Prepare a detailed analysis of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for assigned organizations, deployed and re-deployed resources and programs into a consolidated budget requesto Perform tasks involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of a budget with different sources and types of fundingo Use USAF and DoD financial systems (CRIS, GAFS, ABSS, DTS, DEAMS, IAPS, WAWF, FM Suite, DTIM, etc.
) and computer-generated products in accomplishing budgeting assignmentso Use MS Office Suite (PowerPoint/Excel/etc) to develop charts/briefings for executive/senior level presentationo Use spreadsheets to manipulate data and reformat into useable information for AFCENT financial managers and leadershipo Respond to short-notice USAFCENT directed budget drills to gather, format, analyze and interpret financial information to identify impact of budget and policy decisions to assigned organizationo Research/resolve routine and complex financial transactions causing out-of-balance conditionso Provide end of month data/statistics to track quantity and quality of service providedo Research and resolve current and prior year aged obligations using accepted accounting practices and toolso Perform research and required follow-up to resolve aged travel obligations identifiedo Demonstrate ability to appropriately query the financial database to perform review and analysis to ensure accuracy of input and integrity of accounting records.

Qualificationso Air Force Financial Systems experience (WAWF, BQ, CRIS, FMSuite, ABSS, DTS, OARS, DEAMS)o Familiar with Air Force accounting methods/terminology and appropriationso Familiar with MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/etc)o 3-5 years of DoD Resource Advisor, AF FM accounting experienceo 1-2 Air Force specific RA experience preferred Teksouth is an employee-owned company.
