This position is located in the HQ Third U.S. Army (Augmentation)/US Army Central, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. The incumbent serves as the Chief, Labor and Employment Law and as the Senior Trial Attorney for labor and employment issues. The incumbent renders advice, prepares opinions, recommendations, and legal memoranda, and personally represents the command in employment and labor law administrative hearings, court litigation, and conferences.
About the Position: The incumbent serves as the legal adviser to the Commanding General and his staff on all questions of law and administrative policy involving Army procedures and operations under U.S. Army Central Command.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
