Summary:

The incumbent serves as the Chief, Labor and Employment Law and as the Senior Trial Attorney for labor and employment issues. The incumbent renders advice, prepares opinions, recommendations, and legal memoranda, and personally represents the command in employment and labor law administrative hearings, court litigation, and conferences.
About the Position: The incumbent serves as the legal adviser to the Commanding General and his staff on all questions of law and administrative policy involving Army procedures and operations under U.S. Army Central Command.
